The InterEdge Summit is a professional development summit designed to equip leaders, practitioners, and changemakers with the knowledge and tools to create mentally healthy, safe, and high-performing workplaces. The Push-Up Challenge
Save the date for June 2026
The Push-Up Challenge is Australia’s largest mental health and fitness event. Each year, hundreds of thousands of Australians take up the challenge to complete a set number of push-ups that represent the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in the most recent year of available data. We educate participants with daily mental health facts, and participants have the opportunity to fundraise for Lifeline or another chosen mental health charity.
The Challenge encourages participants to team up with friends, family, colleagues and others in in their lives, leaving them feeling more connected and starting a little friendly competition along the way.
